Italian post-grunge band Serphic Eyes have signed a deal with HouseFire Records to release 3 singles for radio play across North America. The band's remastered acoustic EP entitled UITK ROTC will be making it's first wide spread release on the continent while the band finishes work on their full length plugged in LP.
“We're very excited to finally be working with [Seraphic Eyes],” said HFR owner Isaac Kent. “I originally got in touch with the band more than 6 months ago when they first began work on the new LP and the remastering of the acoustic EP. It's been a very long process for the band. But things are finally coming together. The band is very hard working, and it's obviously been worth the wait.”
Hailing from Italy, the band plays their own unique style of punk rock and post-grunge music, taking heavy influences from bands of the 90's such as Nirvana and Stone Temple Pilots. The band has had radio play throughout Europe and are not setting their eyes on Canada and the United States.
